I have been suffering from vagina bacterial and infection for 2.5 years. Doctor has prescribed oral and insert pessary before but it does't help. Kindly advise

You will need to visit a doctor for a detailed discussion (including history of any prior procedures, implants/IUCD, etc) as well as a thorough examination.
